Cypress Cellars is a boutique winery located in North Central Ohio that produces 800 cases of wine each year. Since the beginning moments of home vinification in 1995 until the inception of the winery in 2007. Rick Taylor has remained loyal to his passion for the art of California wine.
Each spring Rick travels to California’s Central Valley AVA region to personally select the grapes for his 22 varietals of red and white wines. Focusing on extraordinary quality, bold structure, and classic style our wines go through a varied aging process ranging between 1 and 3 years in American, French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Family, friends (both new and old), connoisseurs and novices alike are welcome in this quaint tasting room located in the Carousel District of Mansfield, Ohio.

This is a sweet fortified wine with flavors of raspberry, blackberry, caramel, cinnamon, and chocolate sauce.
This wine is interplanted with multiple grape varieties of Syrah, Petit Sirah., Alicante bouschet, and Zinfandel. The taste reaches another level of complexity, balance, and elegance that is very difficult to reach in blended wines.
This wine is a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. It was developed in Australia and continues to be the national pride of the country. It possesses blended tastes of plum, black cherry, and black pepper.
